In September, our team traveled across the U.S., Mexico and Brazil to meet with customers and explore local beauty markets.
During the trip, we visited retail channels, collected product samples and exchanged ideas with customers on product trends, textures, shades and market preferences.

Insights from the trip were later brought back to our team for further product analysis and development discussions.
